Depending on the treatment plan and your personal preferences techniques may include therapeutic massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, relaxation techniques, and/or assisted stretching.

Upon completing your booking you will receive a confirmation email and booking form that needs to be filled out and signed.

Cancelation Policy: Minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. No shows will be charged the full price of the appointment. To book an appointment a credit card must be entered in to the booking system even if we will be direct billing to your insurer.
