Registered Massage Therapy (90 MIN)

Taxes (GST) already included in the price. A 90-minute massage therapy treatment is for those looking to fully unwind and relax in their body, while giving the therapist enough time to address more areas of the body. Your treatment will begin with a brief assessment and discussion of your goals for the session, followed by a hands-on treatment and home care instructions. Depending on the treatment plan and your personal preferences techniques may include therapeutic massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, relaxation techniques, and/or assisted stretching. Upon completing your booking you will receive a confirmation email and booking form that needs to be filled out and signed. Cancelation Policy: Minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. No shows will be charged the full price of the appointment. To book an appointment a credit card must be entered in to the booking system even if we will be direct billing to your insurer.
